PCRIC is delighted to introduce Mr. Henry Cocker as Finance & Planning Manager and Ms. Ranadi Tuimoala as Finance Officer.
Henry brings extensive regional expertise in public finance, with a distinguished career spanning key roles at the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat, Nauru Ministry of Finance, New Zealand Treasury, International Monetary Fund, and Tonga Ministry of Finance. He has a proven track record in implementing fiscal reforms, promoting economic stability, improving budgetary processes, enhancing public financial management systems, and strengthening government transparency. Henry holds degrees in Economics and Accounting from the University of Wollongong (Australia) and Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand).
Ranadi joins PCRIC with over 13 years of experience in finance across Fiji’s private and public sectors. Her career highlights include positions as Auditor, Tax Auditor, Accountant, Assistant Accountant – Investments & Trust Funds, and Investment Accountant. She brings expertise in investments, financial management, accounting, and auditing. Ranadi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Economics), a Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce, and a Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) from the University of the South Pacific.
