With only a few days remaining before commencement, PCRIC has seen a significant increase in regional interest and registration requests for participation in the annual Pacific Regional DRF Workshop, to be held from 3–5 February in Suva.
The workshop brings together extensive global expertise in a single, coordinated event focused on Pacific Island contexts and needs. Delegates from across the region are invited to participate in three full days of interactive and practical workshop activities.
Co-hosted with ADB and supported by Japan’s JFPR, UK-based CDP, Global Shield, SPC, and REAP, the workshop is the region’s premier annual forum for strengthening understanding of DRF principles among practitioners and for expanding technical collaboration across the Pacific.
Pursuing pathways to sustainable resilience for Pacific Island countries, the workshop reflects PCRIC’s ongoing commitment to supporting the development of local practitioners capable of leading and managing the implementation of appropriate and effective DRF plans.
