PCRIC Joins Global Risk Pools at Climate Risk Dialogue

PCRIC will join fellow regional climate risk pools ARC Ltd, CCRIF SPC and SEADRIF in Milan, Italy for high-level discussions on the future of development insurance and public climate risk financing.

To be held from February 23rd to 27th, the Bellagio convening of sovereign risk pools with the Rockefeller Foundation will bring together partners to advance collaboration across regions and explore the establishment of a shared reinsurance mechanism to strengthen financial protection against climate-related disasters. 

PCRIC will be represented by Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Richard Poulter and Education Coordinator, Mr. Tony Siamomua, who will contribute to dialogue focused on expanding coverage and reinforcing the collective resilience of Pacific Island countries.
