The PCRIF Council of Members (CoM) is made up of one representative from each member country and 4 donor representatives. This structure provides both member nations and donor partners with a voice in key decisions pertaining to the strategy and programs of PCRIC.
The CoM meets twice annually to execute its primary duties which include approving the Strategic Plan for PCRIF/PCRIC, electing PCRIC Board members and consideration of financial and funding matters.
Pacific Island nations can gain membership of the CoM upon request through the PCRIC CEO either as observers (able to participate in CoM meetings but not vote), or as full members (full voting rights secured through purchase of a PCRIC insurance product with access to other PCRIC products and services).
Current Member nations are Fiji, Cook Islands, Marshall Islands, Tonga, Samoa and Vanuatu and the four contributing donors (Germany, Japan, UK and USA).
