PCRIC Meets with the V20 Secretariat

The Pacific Catastrophe Risk Insurance Company (PCRIC) Finance & Planning Manager, Mr. Pankaj Singh met with V20 Finance Advisor, Ms. SARA JANE A. and V20 Pacific Advisor, Mr. Nilesh Prakash to discuss areas of collaboration on Climate and Disaster Risk Finance and Insurance (CDRFI) solutions for the Pacific at the margins of the COP27 conference.

PCRIC is very glad to partner with the V20 Group to unlock the opportunities under the Global Risk Modelling Alliance (GRMA) and Global Shield against Climate Risks. Discussions also focused on the assistance for technical capacity building for Pacific Island countries.

PCRIC will hold further meetings with the V20 Group to discuss in detail the possible areas of collaboration and engagement going forward.
