Mr. Pankaj Pratap Singh is the Finance & Planning Manager for PCRIC. Prior to this, he served as Advisor to the Executive Director for South East Asia Voting Group of the World Bank Board. Mr. Singh has extensive public sector experience.
He was the head of Fiji’s treasury division and chief accountant of the Ministry of Economy for four years and also has worked for the Budget and Fiscal Divisions. He has extensive experience in managing public finances, debt management, public sector financial reporting, formulating national budgets and policy formulation. He has been part of the core team for the Fiji Government to negotiate loans, grants and aid financing from its development partners namely, the Green Climate Fund, the Asian Development Bank, the European Union, the World Bank and a number of Bilateral Donors.
Mr. Singh is an accountant by training who has successfully completed the necessary requirements to be an accredited Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) of Australia. He holds Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting and Banking from the University of the South Pacific.
