Tine Ponia

Tine Ponia is the Managing Director at Asiaciti Trust Pacific Limited in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. Asiaciti Trust is an international trust and corporate services provider which acts as PCRIC’s registered agent for regulatory purposes in the Cook Islands. Tine graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand as top commercial law student and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Courts of the Cook Islands and New Zealand.
She has 20 years post admission experience holding Legal/General Counsel roles in various firms and is a registered practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Tine has won multiple educational scholarships and awards for her work in the field of law and is a former Director of the Cook Islands Financial Services Development Authority.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being involved in community affairs and has an avid interest in health, fitness and the outdoors.
