Charles Owen is the founding partner of ArrowPM, a specialist consultancy focused on Strategy, Governance, Funding and Programme Management for international public-private partnerships. Charles has been delivering major transformations for clients for 25+ years.
During this time his portfolio has been diverse, from improving the visitor experience of the WEF in Davos, to transforming the governance framework of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG).
Charles started his career at Accenture where he learnt the techniques that underpin successful project delivery and effective governance. He has spent a significant part of his career in financial markets working with companies including Credit Suisse and UBS in senior global and complex change roles.
Charles received his BSc Eng Hons from Bristol University and has affiliations with MAPM, Member – Association of Project Management and MIOD, Member – Institute of Directors. He has held board level positions in companies across several industries, Finance, healthcare, hospitality and the film industry.
