The Pacific Catastrophe Risk Insurance Company (PCRIC) has launched an extensive internship program in cooperation with the University of the South Pacific.

PCRIC who is a member of the Risk Finance Working Group was part of the second Pacific Resilience Meeting held from the 6th – 8th July, 2021

The PCRIC CEO attended the fourth session of the InsuResilience Global Partnership (IGP) in December 2020. A G7 initiative, InsuResilience is a platform for inclusive collaboration, shared learning and delivery on climate and disaster risk finance and insurance solutions

The recent inclusion of the US President Joseph Biden addressing leaders at the Pacific Islands Forum Meeting was seen as a progressive step where the US re-confirmed their support to the Pacific Island nations in their fight against climate change.
