Karen Harvey is a New Zealander but also has permanent residency status in the Cook Islands. She has practiced law in the Cook Islands since 1997, and through Browne Harvey & Associates P.C., has been the primary person advising PCRIC on Cook Islands legal matters since its inception in 2016.

In addition to acting for PCRIC, Karen provides advice on all issues involving international entities established through the Cook Islands offshore financial regime. She specializes in commercial transactions, both domestically and internationally. Karen holds a LLB from Victoria University of Wellington.
